I always try to do the readings within the next 2-3 working weeks. Keep in mind that sometimes there may be many orders to fulfill so patience is much appreciated. If your reading is delayed you will receive an email update regarding the status of your reading.

The reading is as long as it needs to be!
I want you to leave the reading relaxed and with clarity on your path. If that requires a 2h reading, so be it. If it’s 15min, so be it.

If a reading has been fulfilled and sent to you there will be no refund available.

If you wish to cancel a tarot reading before the order is in progress or completed you may be granted a full refund. All you have to do is email me with the request (in response to your order).

Yes, you can!!

All you have to do is add your VAT number to the order details or email me with the request (in response to your order).
When I send you the reading, I’ll attach the invoice. Easy peasy 😉
