How to survive being an Aquarius-Pisces Cusp
Ladies and gentleman, the moment you’ve been waiting for… How the heck do you balance your energies and don’t freak out?
A lot of it starts with self-care. It’s important that you respect yourself. Remember that it’s okay to be out in the rain, screaming at the Moon ’cause you don’t know what the hell is going on with you. You care a lot about others, but when was the last time you actually hugged yourself? Give yourself the love others receive from you.
Being an empath can be awesome as it brings you close to people, but it can also be a curse… Me being one, I know what it’s like when you start crying over something you’re not even going through in your life. This can make you feel depressed and overwhelmed, so it’s important that you create some psychic boundaries. Meditate regularly and imagine a white bubble around you that protects against those attacks. This is crucial against energy vampires as well! Pull back whenever you don’t feel comfortable around someone. You don’t have to physically walk away – even though sometimes that’s the best thing to do -, but you can always do a quick focus on the breath and imagine that bubble again.
Your head is constantly dreaming and wondering, but try to settle it down from time to time and focus on the present moment. Also, remember that whatever you envision needs some work too. Dreaming it isn’t enough, you gotta make it happen. Get that lazy ass off the couch and get to work. Find a career that encourages your daydreaming, creative self to motivate you.
Call in the neighbour
When Aquarius is being an overthinker about well everything, call in Pisces. Say “It’s okay! You are loved, and everything will be fine“. Do some gratitude journaling regularly or end the meditation with it. That way, you’ll feel loved and secure, and you’ll know that all will be well because you already have so much.
When Pisces is too damn compassionate towards people that don’t have your best interest in mind, call in Aquarius and look at the situation with a clear mind. Practice this and before you do something for someone else, ask yourself “Are these person’s intentions good? Am I listening to what I want?“. Journal about this stuff or just reflect, but push yourself to see beyond the everyone-is-nice-and-lovely and my-needs-don’t-really-matter.
As we said before, you’re always in your head, and sometimes things can get chaotic. To help you out with the organisation and to create clearer headspace, try doing some journaling. A morning brain dump may be especially beneficial. Just pick up that pen and notebook and let it all out. Pay attention to your dreams!! More than anyone, you are most likely to have very vivid, important dreams, so keep a dream journal on your nightstand a interpret them!
